To buy or Not to buy

Lunchtime tadi sempat rushing pergi tengok prospek baru.
Cantik jugak prospek baru ni, pintunya siap berlangsir 'henglish style' - lace gitu.

Lokasi sama dgn apartment Aggerik yg telah kami beli, cuma berbeza blok saja.
Dan prospek ini di tawarkan sbg unit LELONG bukan nya sub-sale spt unit kami beli ari tu.
RP RM47K. Kedudukan rumah lg cantik view nya (end lot) at 1st floor.
